新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のための措置とご協力お願い。

新型コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言が解除となりましたが、第2波発生防止のため予断を許さない状況であると考えております。お客様に安心してご滞在頂くため、施設として下記の通り感染防止対策を行うとともに、お客様におかれましてもご協力頂きたく存じます。

1. スタッフ/施設の取り組み

　① 従業員はマスク(状況によりフェイスシールド)着用の上対応致します。

　② 従業員とお客様のソーシャルディスタンスを確保致します。（基本2m。最低1m。）

　③ 消毒液の設置

　　玄関や共用設備の付近に消毒液、ハンドソープ等を設置いたします。また、従業員はこまめな手洗い、うがい、手指消毒を行います。

　④ 定期的に施設の換気を行います。

　⑤ 健康状態の確認。

　　来館時にお客様の健康状態を伺います。

　⑥ 従業員の体調管理、健康チェックの徹底

　　業務前、業務後の体温計測、健康チェックを行います。

　　体調不良者が出た場合、臨時休館とさせて頂く場合がございます。

　⑦ 客室数の制限

　　ソーシャルディスタンス確保のため、客室数を減らして営業致します。

2. お客様へのお願い

　① ３週間以内に下記条件に該当する場合、来訪をご遠慮ください。

　　・37.5℃を超える発熱があった方

　　・発熱や咳、倦怠感等風邪、味覚に異常症状のある方

　　・家族や同居人にコロナウイルスの感染があった方

　　・コロナウイルスの感染が確認された場所（施設等）に行かれた方

　　・海外渡航された方

　　＊少しでも体調に異常が出た場合、キャンセルのご相談を受け付けますのでご遠慮なくお申し出ください。

　② マスク着用の上ご来訪ください。

　③ 手洗い・消毒のお願い

　　外出から戻られた際など、こまめに手洗いうがい、消毒をお願いいたします。

　④ お客様同士のソーシャルディスタンスの確保（基本2m、最低1m）

　⑤ 健康チェックへご協力ください。

　　ご旅行前の検温、健康チェックをお願いいたします。

　　また、来館時もチェックシート・承諾書へのご記入にご協力ください。

　　37.5度以上の発熱のある方は宿泊をご遠慮願います。

　⑥ 共用施設の利用自粛

　　本来、他のお客様や従業員との交流の場となるキッチンやロビーですが、これらは不特定多数の方が集まるため、当面の間利用をご遠慮願います。

　　当ゲストハウスは素泊まりとなっており、夜間の飲食店の数も限られます。お部屋でお召し上がりいただけるものを事前にご用意いただくことをおすすめ致します。

　⑦ 飛沫感染防止へご協力ください。

　　大声での会話はお控え頂き、咳エチケット等お客様同士の配慮をお願い致します。

　⑧ 体調に異変が出た際はスタッフへお知らせください。

　　お客様の了承を得て保健所へ連絡する場合がございます。状況により、客室待機、外出自粛をお願いする場合がございます。

ご不便をお掛け致しますが、お客様に安心安全にご宿泊いただくため、ご協力をお願いいたします。

~Informations about steps for preventing COVID-19~

The state of emergency declaration had been lifted; however, it is impossible to predict whether or not this trend will continue into the future. Therefore, we take measures to prevent infections and we ask our guests to cooperate with us.

１．Measures of staffs and buidling

　　①Staff will wear masks(sometimes face shield as well).

　　②Staff will make sure to take social distances(Usually 2m/Mimimum 1m).

　　③We put hand sanitizer inside of our guesthouse.

　　　We put hand sanitizer and staff will wash hands/rinse out our mouths and sanitize our hands regularly.

　　④We ventilate our building regularly.

　　⑤We confirm every guests' health conditions.

　　⑥We confirm staffs' health conditions.

　　　We check health conditions before and after work everyday. Please understand that we might be closed temporararily when staff has poor health conditions.

　　⑦Limitation of rooms

　　　To prevent infections, we reduce numbers of rooms and guests in the buildings.

２．Requests for our guests.

　　①Please refrain from staying with us if you fulfill the conditions below within 3 weeks.

　　　・Who has fever over 37.5℃

　　　・Who has fever, cough, feebleness, cold and unusual sensation of taste.

　　　・Whoes family and housemates had been infected with COVID-19.

　　　・Who has been to places(or buldings) where COVID-19 has occured.

　　　・Who has been abroad.

　　　*If you do not feel well, please feel free to ask us for cancellations.

　　②Please wear masks when you come and stay.

　　③Please wash you hands and mouth and sanitize your hands.

　　　Please do as above frequently. (such as after coming back to guesthouse, before eating something.)

　　④Please make sure to take social distance with other guests.

　　⑤Please cooperate with us for confirming health condtions.

　　　Please check your tempreture and health conditions BEFORE coming to our guesthouse. Also, please cooperate for writing health check sheets and written approval. Please refrain from staying at our guesthouse if you have fever over 37.5℃.

　　⑥Limitation of common use

　　　Kitchen and common space are NOT AVAILABLE for use in order to prevent infections. We do not provide any meals at our guesthouse and only few restaurants would be open aound this area at night so please make sure to bring some foods.

　　⑦Please cooperate to prevent infections by splash.

　　　Please refrain from talking loudly and please cover your mouths and noses when you cough.

　　⑧Please tell us when you are not feeling well.

　　　We might call the health center with guests' permission.　We migth ask to stay inside the room depending on the situations.
